Very good I think the course should be spilt on two half days as its a lot to take in.

I feel that I have learnt a lot in this course. I feel confident that this will help me work more efficiently and be more quicker.

well I will say he is very patient, because I kept calling him and he attends to me with a smile on his face. he made the course easy and interesting.

This has helped me start another journey in dealing with my emotions
