I will only get to see how well things work in time but this has helped to build on some habits over the week like the pomodoro and 4 frogs. I think it's useful to only have a few techniques and try to get those repeated each day to build up a habit. I'm not sure it was possible for me to do that always given diary commitments like meetings and training for example that took time away from pomodoro and also "work" ironically! The use of break out rooms was really great to meet the other attendees and build up a rapid rapport with people - also a chance to learn from each other.

It's been a great session. The only thing is that there has been a bit of misunderstanding as to what to expect to be covered. As a result, I didn't meet my objective and the functions/features I need the most in my job haven't been addressed.
