Again, the amount of breakout opportunities was great - discussion and learning from across the organisation and from more senior managers. Plenty of takeaway points - including actions for the team, such as taking the communication questionnaire. Greater understanding of how I communicate and react to stress.

Really good and engaging course. It did exactly what I'd hoped, which was learn more about the tools and techniques of LSs. Henry was engaging throughout and I thoroughly enjoyed the course.

Quite pacy overall. Always on the go and very interactive. 2 hours flew by and this was great. I've learnt and experienced 4 techniques that I know I will want to use again. The prompts by Henry while in the breakout rooms helped to keep us on track with each exercise.

A must for everyone leading meetings or training sessions on digital platforms. Excellent practical tools that can be widely applied to meet diverse needs. Really excited to try these out and have some fun!

Overall really enjoyed the course. Kevin was great at clearly explaining how to do things, the multiple ways of doing something and answering questions as and when I asked them. The session was engaging and I was able to follow as we were going along.
