Great session today - very helpful

I can already feel the benefit of these training sessions and am really looking forward to continuing as I feel this will make a huge difference to my confidence as a manager.

This was incredibly detailed and on point, this fitted the brief exactly and met all of our requirements. Excellent session. The breakout groups were timed perfectly

Some really good learnings and practical actions to take from it. Today was much more into the detail of managing and really helped me think of actions I can now go away and complete

Really enjoyed today's session, really useful and informative.

I did not have any expectations to start with, but i found i learnt new functions i was not aware of.

My Favourite session so far Ebi is fab! I was lucky it was one on one as the pace is then set by myself. Ebi makes it really easy to understand and comfortable to ask silly questions, she breaks things down so you understand them . I like how interactive the sessions are and how much you get to practice and reinforce the skills you are learning whilst on the session I like the way you can then talk through or use the tools during the session for it to be more like real life for me .

So far so good! as this is my first management training event, I can not compare but I've learned a lot Thank you

Nicky was great and really inclusive of everyone. Made it easy to chat and having so many break out rooms with different people allowed you to chat to each person and get a feel for those on the course with you. It broke up the training and I liked the fact it wasn't heavy on the presentation slides and was more about talking/discussion and using the various interaction tools on Zoom, rather than staring at a screen and listening to someone talk at you for a day. I really loved the communications style activity and learning more about me - although I was pretty certain of my communication style already, it was good to see it confirmed and how I could better use it for interacting with members of my team who may be the opposite or similar.
