Nicky was great! Not only was the session as a whole really interesting and informative, but she was also really engaging, clearly knew her stuff and was helpful. She guided the session really well and kept things interesting.

It did meet my objectives to sort data, produce charts and use conditional formatting. Sometimes a bit fast a pace for me as was practising on the received data. However, I will be able to practise and will use the helpline. Helpline is brilliant.

I thought the delivery and pace was excellent. Daphne really did get everyone involved and it was also lovely to listen to someone who spoke so beautifully and with passion. I have heard far too many trainers just drone on in monotone voice. I give Daphne a 10 out of 10 for keeping us all interested and for making it fun as well as educational.
