This has been an excellent 4 days - the challenge now is to put all the learning into practice.

This course has been very enlightening for me. It has given me lots of 'food for thought' and also challenges of my own leadership style but also around the different management styles of other people that I work with and how we can work together more proactively.

It is a shame we don't have another session in 6-12months.

Enjoyed today training and the whole course

Brilliant facilitator and kept me interested in the topic and explaining the benefits/risks very well.

its been a very good course, i have had a lot of fun learning a lot of new stuff.

The beginning was a bit slow and we all had to get to grips with understanding the process but over time it became alot clearer and enjoyable .

I really enjoyed the half day - Meeting with my peers and realising that we can continue to support and encourage each other, this made my day.
