Day 2 of this course ran very smoothly and was well facilitated. The day was very engaging and thought provoking, providing methods along with examples that I think could be realistically used in real-life scenarios when it comes to the coaching of team members.

Great trainer who explained at the right pace. Good to have bit size training options like the 1 hour 30 minute sessions. It was just right for my needs and available time.
