Really pleased I participated in this course as I wasn't overly confident in dealing with difficult people, However the course has made me look at it in a different way and has taught me different approaches to take when it comes to dealing with difficult people and situations in general .

Really positive and enjoyable experience - learnt so much and plenty to take away and apply. The best training course I've done and it makes me reflect on where my skills/interest might lie - if coaching is something I would like to do more of.

I didn't have any assumptions coming into the course, but I felt that the leader of the course really helped arm me with some great tools to help me coach and be a better manager for my team. I feel more confident that I can approach issues and queries in a better way, and I am really looking forward to trying some of these skills out in my 1-2-1s with my team members.

Wow! I have learned so much, not obscure stuff but things I will use everyday - Thank you so much. I'm not a fan of appraisals or performance related pay, but if you do use it, Gill should be given a big pat on the back and a massive pay rise
