It has been a beneficial training and I have learnt a lot. It has been useful to have a gap between training days to trial anything new and reflect on this the following training day. Paul Had an understanding of our company as a whole as well as the different sectors people were in within the organisation.

I think this course and Paul, were great. I’m new in my management role and now at the end of the two day course, I feel confident and ready to use my toolbox of learnings, skills and guidance and apply it in my day to day with my team.

Marwa was a fantastic trainer, adapting to changing circumstances but always holding us to account.

Really great day, Marwa was fantastic and very knowledgeable/welcoming, and explained things in accessible ways. It was a lot to fit in - which is always the issue with such complex material - and it's hard to balance getting through the material and keeping people engaged, but Marwa did a good job! I loved that there were practical tools I could take away and use in everyday life too.

This course is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will use all the tools learnt in this course in my current role and also use this to support my team.
