Nicky is an excellent facilitator. She is always welcoming, approachable, calm and inclusive and knows how to make us laugh. I've learnt so much both technically/skills-wise and terminology-wise but also about myself, and these sessions have helped to shape the kind of leader I want to be. We were fortunate to start the course just before lockdown at the Happy HQ venue so we were able to meet everyone on our course in person. The next three sessions all took place on Zoom. Although not ideal to be siting in front of a screen, the use of tech and breakout rooms and interactive whiteboards and jamboards etc meant we didn't miss out and the sessions were as packed with content and learning and energy as I'd image it would be in person. Nicky paced the sessions so well and allowed for breaks away from the screen etc. Cannot recommend her and this course enough. I'd love to send lots of our future leaders and managers on this, they'd really benefit from this learning,

The course was brilliant, it met my expectations and exceeded my hopes for learning and personal development as a people leader. I feel inspired and enlightened - thank you. If the old 'management techniques' were out of date before Covid 19, they are now obsolete. I feel very lucky to be equipped with my learning from Happy in a new world where remote working means trust, self-engagement and ownership, an embedded understanding and buy-in to the organisations vision and goals and an understanding of our individual and collective strengths is more vital for us than ever...and I feel better equipped to help support my team in developing and maintaining these things.
