Nicky was an excellent facilitator. I know how hard it is to deliver sessions on zoom but it was the right balance of learning materials and breaking out to practice live examples. The two hour self-study section in the middle worked well to combat zoom fatigue. My only comment was some of the content in the second half the course felt a bit repetitive but that could be more to do with the nature of the topic and the fact its much more about self-exploration.

Made me think in different ways on how i could support my team in a remote capacity. Really found it useful and enjoyable.

Thoroughly enjoyed the time, it was good to talk through the challenges but also the opportunities of managing remote teams. the overall engagement of attendees was good (down to the way Joseph welcomed everyone). it was well worth the time.

The pace was great and we all had time to reflect and contribute. I'm note sure if it would have worked so well should we all be from different organisations, but worked well for us and with the current changes our service is going through. Paul allowed us all time to express and opinion and also allowed us to opt out if need be

Really enjoyable, informative, and helpful course that has given me a lot to think about and also provided helpful techniques that I can start using straight away. Nicky facilitated the day brilliantly and allowed us to have a safe space in which we could have some really interesting discussions - she also subtly and diplomatically introduced us to and guided us through some potentially controversial and challenging topics. Thank you Nicky - I am really looking forward to Day 2.
