Excellent course which has increased my confidence massively in using MS Teams. Would highly recommend. Christine facilitated the course fabulously which was tailored to our needs as an organisation and to the way we work.

Sal, again was a great instructor. Very understanding and goes at a pace that suits everyone, the course doesn't feel rushed and its tailored to your needs as Sal asks what you want to get out of the session.

We had a few technical issues at the beginning trying to enable everyone to connect which had a knock on effect . But I enjoyed the session and gained a lot of confidence from the way the information was imparted and helped demystify some of MS teams. Thanks you.

loved it. realised how important it is to put wellbeing first and make time for myself.

I really enjoyed the day, and I liked the fact an entire day was dedicated for the course. Adele was very professional and encouraging throughout, with a great use of the breakout rooms and Jamboard by Google to make the learning interactive. It also helped to consolidate the theory by working in teams and essentially practising project management.

Jo is a star! Content, delivery and facilitation were on point. I learnt a lot from this. Thank you!
