Was Great knowing that things that challenges me at work are not exclusive to me alone but other memb ers of my team also faces the same. This training is great learning curve for my resilience and wellbeing

Really enjoyed the first session. I was a bit apprehensive about how well it would work on Zoom but really enjoyed it and it didn't feel like too much listening/watching. I enjoyed the mixture of the groups and meeting others

Really enjoyed today - thank you. Well paced with the right amount of content for the time balanced with well timed and regular breaks. I liked the use of tools (Jam board, white board etc) and breakout rooms.
