Really enjoyed the training, it was the exact right balance of talking and interactive learning/ tasks so I didn’t once feel bored. I especially loved the coaching practice with one person observing and feeding back, it worked really well. Ben was very engaging and got the best out of us

Jo and the other participants were lovely. The course was really well paced, fun and I learnt a lot from Jo's perspectives. I feel like now I can be who I've always wanted to be, because I have been empowered by the group and trainer, as well as given the right tool set.

The courses is really great and its wonderful knowing you are not on your own. Its a good balance of breakout groups, presentations, videos and interactive strategies that caters for all learning styles.

You don't know what you don't know and although some of the specific conversations were not relevant, there was learning in that too
