I attended 2 days power point presentation L1 and L2. Ebe was very helpful, very encouraging ... a bit fast at time and needed to be reminded to slow down. I enjoyed both days very much. Thank you time well spent, we like many in the charity sector have been forced on-line, but will most likely be a mixture going forward, so to di it correctly is important. likewise my role is employment and mental health this knowledge and best practice will help me support people in the workplace to get the best balance for well being, but also being a productive environment

Trainer was friendly, approachable and got us involved.

Very encouraging teacher, she constantly checked that we were learning and retaining the information. Lots of opportunities to try out independently and than check back with the teacher. I had an amazing time, and I have learnt a lot.
