Very interesting and thought provoking training. prefer training on zoom as no travelling involved. Trainer was very personable , this made the whole thing more enjoyable. Although it's hard sometimes to think of examples when they're needed during the training I still learned a lot just from listening to the trainer and other DT staff.

Serena was excellent - very clear, precise, knowledgeable and patient. Very, very good at sharing skills and really helped to move us forward in terms of our understanding. Brilliant course!

Very insightful and calming

Very good mix of presentation and practical tasks.

Enjoyed the course much more than i thought i would. I liked that we weren't forced into role play we could participate by supporting those colleagues who did volunteer. Dez as a trainer really brings the course to life. He makes it fun and real.

Very good engaging session overall

I really enjoyed the sessions! They were really well organised and the pacing was good. Sessions were relaxed and enjoyable. Had a lot of fun and learnt at the same time!

Ed was really amazing, very well prepared and made the material really understandable for us all. It worked really well having everyone on the same skill level too as everyone could move at the same pace.

Really great workshop and Nicky made it very enjoyable.
