I loved the structure of this course; the mixture of group discussions and interaction was brilliant & think we as a team picked ourselves up in the afternoon to be more open and honest with each other. I enjoyed the way Nicky shared the content slides, but then more used interactive tools & breakout rooms for us to connect. I also enjoyed the stretch exercises - great idea!

Great course this will give me some pointers and techniques to use going forward in my personal life as well as in the workplace

This was an excellent training session and Joseph was brilliant! I was a little bit daunted at the prospect of an all-day on-line training session! It was well structured with good use of different technologies and relevant activities/discussion. There were lots of really helpful hints and tips and we had an opportunity to try these things out at the session with different colleagues. The comfort breaks and lunchtime break were well timed too!

I really enjoyed the session and I feel more confident in using PowerPoint as a result of the training.

Paul was great and made the course so accessible and enjoyable. It was a really good day and I have learnt so much more than I expected.
