Adele was an excellent facilitator, very personable and interested in our projects and asked brilliant probing questions which in turn made me reflect on the project. Adele was very patient with questions and was keen to bring the whole group with her. I liked how when people had missed sections due to work commitments that she expertly updated them in a really short period of time and made us aware of where we could access the resources.
Great training day, really interactive and a good pace to allow everyone to learn.
A very good session and very nicely paced and Serena is excellent at explaining, i have picked up some new skills to add to what i have already learnt.

Level 3 was indeed a learning curve which I can use in my day to day work.
Really enjoyed the session. Pat explained things at a great pace and left lots of pauses for thinking/digesting and questions which I really appreciated. The topics seemed to build on each other well throughout the session too. It also felt like a very comfortable environment to contribute in. Lots of handy tips and tricks picked up and questions answered, thanks Pat!
Today’s workshop gave an excellent understanding of portfolio building and the course requirements.
