Overall I have really enjoyed this training session. I have learned several things and am eager to put some of it into action.

Really valuable to take time out of day to day to reflect and think about how I am as a leader and what impact i have on my team. I think it would be really valuable for other managers, including Senior Leadership within this business to attend. This will really support fostering the culture.

It has been a while since I had training opportunities and it has reminded me of how complacent I can become in managing styles, and that I need to keep on learning and using management styles as suit my individual team members

I have already become a lot more confident with speaking openly about things with people that I wouldn't always talk to within the business on a regular basis. It is very interesting to understand that others in different departments are also feeling the same and had similar situations that they have been up against that I can compare to. I had also never really spoken about Psychological Safety and i found this very interesting and believe in some areas this is something that everyone can work on in the business.

Helpful course which was easy to follow along, left with better knowledge of excel.
