Really great

Honestly the trainers were some of the best facilitators I have ever had the pleasure of being on a course with. Really engaging and interactive throughout the day. Often a full day on zoom leaves you feeling zapped of energy but in this case, I felt like I would have loved to continue for far long - totally energised! Both trainers made the session really fun with small jokes here and there but also created a safe space where people were able to share personal things including life experiences and reflections on what we were learning. As a result, it felt the group built a strong bond very quickly.

I am happy with the course. I was not sure what to expect (per say) but I think it was very informative and reflective on how we communicate with people, before we look at how other people communicate with us. I like the two trainers we got.

Excellent course which really focus' on the importance of self-awareness and building confidence and resilience.
