I have never done any specific customer training before and it was useful to get a real insight in to what we should and should not be doing

Really great session, Paul was an excellent host. Made you feel listened to, not simply moving onto the next exercise.

Very well planned to say it was online. Very smooth and easy transitions between tasks.

Every member of the team was asked to participate and those who could, shared screens, which allowed us to share ideas relevant to our organisation. This also meant that we could practise some of the tips and tricks on our own system.

I would certainly recommend this course to others as a really good introduction to project management, and as a refresher as it was for me. I did come with a project in mind and I think that really helped, but I also found the examples in the slides very relatable too so thank you.
