Great. Possibly morning session was too long. More time on afternoon and practical steps would have been preferable. But this is only a mild suggestion, not a criticism

Enjoyed today, though full on

Very involved Pace was good No objectives, I attended with an open mind.

Good session, lots of content and useful learning

Good trainer, and well delivered structure,

Very well run and organised on pre work, welcoming and keeping to time

Nicky is an excellent facilitator. Articulate, passionate and engaging.

While I've used mail merge before, it was good to understand the parts I've not used before. And good to be told of it's limitations and glitches. And the workarounds.
