I have enjoyed the outlook manage your email very much. I have learnt a lot of thing that will make my job more efficient and will improve my productivity. Sal was very clear in the explanation and encouraged us to have a go and learn by doing it. I hope there is a part 2 of this course, I would like that.

Fantastic course, well presented and good interaction from my colleagues.. Which made us all knowledgeable of other areas of functions not familiar to us.

Excellent course, I learned a great deal of new things I will try out going forward, including a couple that I have already set up and a couple that will be immediately useful for a piece of work next week. The way the online facilities were used seemed to turn the remote nature of the course into an advantage which impressed me.

I now have a really good understanding of creating pivot tables. I just need to keep practising. Very enjoyable! Learning online went much better that one could possibly imagine! Keeps you on your toes and you learn more. #waytolearn

It was good to learn a few more in depth ways to use Outlook and think about some of the things you can do whether they would work for yourself and how you would use them. There are definitely some good tips that I will use from this course.

If you have a 'Trainer of the Year' Award, then Sal should get it!

Very informative and enjoyable course. Nicky was excellent - she made the sessions very relevant and engaging, and was very astute at pinpointing and highlighting the specific challenges of our organisation and really helped focus our thinking on the key matters.
