I really enjoyed the course and it was really helpful. The instructor answered all my questions and walked us through everything really simply.

The session was really good and all of my questions were answered. The steps were taught really simply so it was easy to follow.

Great course hosted by a really engaging facilitator. I didn't know what to expect but actually got a lot out of the course. It was good to share my experiences with others who had similar feelings to me and learn techniques on how to be more assertive in the workplace and beyond.

I found Paul's approach to be very calm and supportive. I liked the way he didn't make people hurry with their comments, even though there was not much time. I think a longer session would have really helped.
