Absolutely brilliant tutor, engaging, approachable & encouraging. Tutor could remember everyones name in first half an hour, this was impressive, Very good contents of course & delivery was high quality.

The course was very helpful and covered all that I wanted to know. Daphne spent time on us as individuals in order to understand and assist with our queries. I was a little apprehensive with covering so much in 1 day, but the time flew by and I didn't feel too overwhelmed.

This was more of a refresher than a starter on SharePoint, but it did remind me of how much of a powerful tool this is.
