Very useful as a refresher course for me

A very good course, gave me some new techniques and a structure that will allow me to feel more confident in my conversations with those i manage. And with those who manage me perhaps!

Good course as always with Happy. Shame it's remote and so I couldn't take advantage of the wonderful lunches that are usually provided. Next time!

A real good training session, would recommend to others, i felt i learnt all form the training and would like more if there is an updated session. The Trainer was excellent in explaining the processes. A real good job.

He was excellent and had a lot of patients with us .He met all my requirements that i needed to understand my computer i am very happy.

The instructor took time to explain. Grasped the concepts but some of these things are so new and would need to keep learning and practising to remember them all.

Course well delivered

Very eye opening course and gained just the basic knowledge I need at work.

Although I was nervous about this course, I found that the instruction was informative and helped me to understand more to improve my computer skills.
