This was a great session and suited us and our purpose perfectly. It certainly sounded like my colleagues and our student leaders would take away ways of making their volunteering roles more fun, as they deal more effectively with the multitude of demands on their time.

I think it would have been useful to have some point where the teacher did some work and showed us how to do things herself. Or even shared tips and tricks.

I started with the idea of finding it difficult to understand as I usually do when I learn new things, but thanks to Serena's patience and good pace I managed to absorb all the information delivered in this course because of this.

I enjoyed the course as i was unaware of mind mapping before. Paul made the course fun and involved everyone on the course.

Really useful and informative for a non project manager.
