The course was excellent and giving a very good presentations on all aspects of patient handling. The trainer was very knowledgeable and gave detailed information on everything.

The course was very interesting, but we had over an hour delay as people had difficulties logging in. There was not enough information about logging into the right chat room and ended up in a different room. More information could be given about log in details and which button to press to get audible on.

GREAT PRESINTATION BUT TRYING TO GET IN TRAINING ROOM I FOUND THIS VERY DIFFICULT, S5 OF US WERE WAITING 1 HOUR IN ANOTHER ROOM NOT KNOWING THAT WE WERE IN THE WRONG PLACE, WE HAD TO GET OUR ADMINISTRATOR TOGET US INTO THE RIGHT TRAINING ROOM . DAVID WAS AMAZING VERY THOROUGH.

Good course and a good refresher. Hoist was excellent. Only problem was with logging in.

Overall, the course was very informative. The course itself was kept interesting and practical which helped with the learning to keep us engaged. John was really nice and made the course fun.

Detailed course learning about everything you would need in an emergency situation. Made to feel comfortable during the 3 day process and the practical gets you used to performing emergency procedures in an everyday environment. Going forward, I feel the 3 day course could be completed within a 2 day period.
