I really enjoyed the course. The trainer was lovely and friendly,he kept it entertaining but informative.
The trainer was knowledgeable and presented the course in a way that made all of us engaged and interacted whilst learning. It was a well-prepared content and I enjoyed it a lot.
I attended the 1 day course it was very informative - ideal as a refresher! Our trainer made sure everyone understood everything and was really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

GREAT PRESINTATION BUT TRYING TO GET IN TRAINING ROOM I FOUND THIS VERY DIFFICULT, S5 OF US WERE WAITING 1 HOUR IN ANOTHER ROOM NOT KNOWING THAT WE WERE IN THE WRONG PLACE, WE HAD TO GET OUR ADMINISTRATOR TOGET US INTO THE RIGHT TRAINING ROOM . DAVID WAS AMAZING VERY THOROUGH.
Good course and a good refresher. Hoist was excellent. Only problem was with logging in.
