Both trainers had to adapt to the venue and with 17 delegates in one room 3, courses running , and with the issue of late arrivals due to parking availability around this area of leeds the hotel does not provide parking . The hotel has issues with the Internal power supplies with HDMI connections in the rooms .

Lucy is a fantastic,well presented trainer. She taught us much and in great detail along with her props . Lucy has a lovely personality and held a very strong importances for me becoming a first aider. I feel very confident now Thank you Lucy and thank you green cross .
