Really informative course, the trainer explained things well, lots of practice, trainer was very good at breaking down the theory. I now feel confident. Overall very good!
The course was very good and very informative, I have came away from the course with lots of information and scenarios. Lee was brilliant kept us all engaged at all times.
I found the way Andrew explained the contents was in a way I could understand and apply to a real life situation with confidence.
A really useful refresher course that raised some things I had forgotten, which a good refresher should do. Found the trainer very helpful and engaging with everyone. Made a real effort to get everyone on the course involved.
Trainer was the best i have had having sat first aid for 30 years but had to do 3 day due to lapse between my valad ticket. The venue was poor with no table to lean on to take notes ect and we never recieved facilities to make a cup of tea of coffie at lunch time as the venue had turned off the coffie making machine as only paid for 1 use at tea brake.
one of the best training sessions i have been on this year the trainer's style is such that i will definitely remember more of was covered compared to other sessions that have been on he clearly knows what he is doing (he has lot of subject knowledge) and knows how to train ... excellent
