The course I attended was excellent, very well delivered and easy to follow and understand pace.

I found the course relaxed and enjoyable with all practical aspects covered.There were a few issues with sign ons and some had difficulty accessing the final exam.

Andrew was very good at explaining situations & certainly knew more than first aid eg. In depth medical understanding. Learnt a few new things & I’ve been doing first aid courses for a good few years. I found the video’s that he showed us were worth watching.

The Training was good, but the venue was a bit horrible. The people next door was so loud that at times I could not hear matt the Teacher. The chairs were horrible to sit on, the next day I had back pain. Other than the above the course was soo good and interesting.

Mak was an excellent instructor. Very informative and now confident in first aid.
