The course questions/exam are done via an app which crashed several times while attempting to answer the questions. With this system, there is no way of going back to review the answers before submitting.

The trainer was brilliant from start to finish. He made the day educational but also fun at the same time. A genuine, down to earth guy who had the time to get to know everyone by name and help out when needed.

I thought the online training part was much better to learn before attending the practical part of learning First Aid. Both parts were very informative in there own way.
