Our trainer was really good , extremely personable and moved everything along at a comfortable learning pace never felt like any of my questions weren't answered and felt like all the topics covered were covered thoroughly
The main issue with the course was the lack of parking at the venue. There is nothing to indicate that visitors are not allowed to park on the visitor car park. As a result of this, the course started one hour late on the first day due to people having to go out to move their cars. The other issue is the online multiple choice questionnaire; several people (myself included) had issues with connectivity, and the fact that you cannot go back if you know you have made a mistake is also a problem. The course as a whole was enjoyable, and that was down to Paul. He made everyone feel comfortable and never rushed anyone.
