Very indepth course and a pleasure to learn. Instructure was great.
Anne was excellent. i've been one a few courses over the years but I've never had first aid be brought to life the way Anne did it. every question we had she was able to answer and it really brought first aid to life. i would highly recommend this three day course to anyone who needs it
Delivered very well, duration was good and course was a reminder of our we should use our manual handling techniques we have previously been taught
Very informative course one that can be used outside of work as well as at work.
Kay was brilliant made it very easy to digest all the information you can really see how much passion she has for doing her role :)
