good course and well presented but the venue room was far too small it was due to be held in the upstairs training room in Dundee which was where it was held before and a much more suitable room.

The best trainer I have had in 35 years in food manufacturing and the course was the same.Thank you

Online content in advance was good but very fast and was easy to forget new information quickly, such as new acronyms…

Course materials were detailed and easy to access. Too much time was wasted at the beginning with admin etc. some of this could have been prior to the session.
