the questions at the end had different wording in to what we had been taught by the trainer this confused us and some of us made the mistake of guessing the answer so got a couple wrong

good course and well presented but the venue room was far too small it was due to be held in the upstairs training room in Dundee which was where it was held before and a much more suitable room.

The best trainer I have had in 35 years in food manufacturing and the course was the same.Thank you
