Helen tower was a fantastic trainer with her knowledge and understanding of others she explained and highlighted everything to make you understand in a way that was extremely clever

Dawn was excellent, she delivered the course so that she maintained attention, and spoke clearly and concisely. This was my 3rd one day course and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Great course overall and learned such invaluable skills. However, we lost 1.5 hrs as the trainer was late (due to traffic) which was a pity. Also I was really disappointed that there was no handouts provided covering main points that we could have made notes on and gone back to after the course to refresh memory on the various things we learned. If I knew this I might have not booked but instead tried to find a course that provides a handout.
