Overall just ok, but could have answered the questions without a days refresh course, and all seemed a little pointless and going through the day without the need to. Trainer was ok but did not focus on the day ahead so no idea on when we would be finishing, and room to small for what was needed (not trainers fault). Also asked a lot of obtuse questions without context, and felt like he was trying to catch us out so stopped answering after a few questions.

Brilliant

The course was very informative and covered all the basis . I would have liked some more time to actually put more things in to practice, but I think that was due to time constraints of our workplace. Very happy overall. Simon was very knowledgeable, patient and engaging.
