IT was really enjoyable and the trainer made us all feel comfortable and outlined what we will be doing i appreciate this type of training as i dont like surprises it was a enjoyable and good way of learning first aid so big thanks to the trainer Stephen

Dawn was excellent, she delivered the course so that she maintained attention, and spoke clearly and concisely. This was my 3rd one day course and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great course overall and learned such invaluable skills. However, we lost 1.5 hrs as the trainer was late (due to traffic) which was a pity. Also I was really disappointed that there was no handouts provided covering main points that we could have made notes on and gone back to after the course to refresh memory on the various things we learned. If I knew this I might have not booked but instead tried to find a course that provides a handout.
