The instructor made the course very enjoyable and interesting. I gained a new appreciation for the subject and feel confident I can now put a lot of the course elements into practice.

Before going on this course I was genuinely worried about my ability to take on enough information and pass, I often find difficulty in understanding and retaining written information in day to day life. However right from day 1 David's form of delivery was a real benefit, his interaction with the group and use of personal experiences made understanding and retaining a lot of the information far easier for me. In the end the course was a positive experience for me.

The course was brilliantly delivered by David Gardiner. For what can be a fairly dry subject to cover, the manner in which he engaged with the course members and delivered the material was superb. He allowed time for discussion and interaction as well as ensuring that the importance of the main messages were delivered. As for the course itself, I enjoyed that it was delivered through Teams, in the comfort of my own home. I found the content helpful for me going forward in my career, in particular the Incident Investigation and Measuring Performance Modules. Overall I have rated the course as 5 stars and would recommend it to others, in particular those in Management Roles.
