Educative and eye opening

Very informative course, delivered in a great manner with expert knowledge on the subject. Enjoyed the course and fell like it was very beneficial for my personal learning.

David was a great facilitator, he ensured we learnt at the right pace and managed that tricky balance of learning and fun whilst presenting a topic not known to be a bag of fun. Cheers

Very well put together course. Amazing wealth of knowledge and experience shown by the trainer. At no point was there a lull or any brain wandering due to the way in which the course was delivered.

Good day to support discussions and learning about the procedures. Further work and training around using the policy will be needed as points raised are actioned and influence change.

Facilitators were very good at supporting professional dialogue in relation to the process and procedures. It was sometimes difficult as we were having some conversations around this but they supported this well.
