Course was well structured. Module 5 was a lot of information which I feel could be condensed down. The trainer was friendly, knowledgable and informal. It was frustrating that he was not on time to the training 2/3 sessions - I could have been in another morning meeting instead. For a lot of the content it was mainly the trainer reading off the training booklet which limited the engagement and reduced focus. In future I think having more active participation would be benefical

Peter Harris was fantastic and thorough with his work. I've learnt many new things and will be applying them in my work routine.
