Interesting course with ssome very strong points ref leadership and management, would have been helpful to have info prior to training
The course was very helpful in highlighting the responsibilities and accountability we have as engineers/operators. The course made me think more deeply about the impacts of my decisions and how I can improve my work.
Course structure is ok. Logistics around assesmrnt submissions and non teaching related details could do with updating to 2026. Email confirmation on submission,... Learner contact etc
