Good information and trainer skills

I have found the course very interesting and it’s been nice to hear other people’s experiences when dealing with staff! I’m still amazed Lynn remembered everyone’s names from The first time of meeting us 🥰

especially the last part "transactional langiage" the explanation about the psychological processes behind conversation - very interesting

Lynn is brilliant fair play

I thought that learning about the transactional analysis framework was really insightful as it gave me a new perspective on the interaction between the ABOs and I. I now can put into words their behaviors and I believe can facilitate my work, interactions with ABOs.
