he equipment is not appropriate for the training content. The trainer showed high efficiency in conveying the content, but the practical assessment is not completely identical to the theoretical one because the place and equipment are completely different from what they should be.

Interesting insight and Refresher going through some interesting scenarios from historical events. Could do with more practical exposure to the switchgear/writing up switching schedules.

For the advanced training course it would be nice to do practical testing of the advanced protection features. E.g. Distance protection, Differential Protection, directional overcurrent and reverse power testing. Also I think it would be beneficial to go through the connections on the test block rather than being pre wired, I think it would be beneficial to have candidates wire the test blocks themselves to better help understand what cables are required for different tests.

The course could be updated to better reflect the OSRs at RWE, however the course material provided by RWE will also need to be revised to allow Faraday to adapt the course to suit the needs of RWE as well.

Course content could be more suited for RWE rules and set out specifically to accommodate the OSR's. I believe thoa could of been more detailed if the content was proof read and checked previous from both parties.

Course content supplied by RWE was confusing. Typos and conflicting information with the faraday safety rules made it difficult for the lecturer.

The course was not tailored to out needs as operators. It was more aimed at electricians and technicians

The course was aimed at electricians but our job is being an operator who can isolate certain things for our job role.
