Very informative session on resilience and regulation. The experiments shown and discussed were a good way to motivate us to think.
Superb content and more importantly well delivered. Good structure to the seminar split up well with discussion sections. Only minor criticism would be it was a bit too much at once at times, could see some people switching off, especially towards the end. But all in all a great job.
Great, informative, engaging and gave lots of psychology to think about .
