Claire was a very knowledgeable and petsonable trainer. The workshop was well prepared, structured and split up to include a range of activities making the time go quickly, I liked the section on multiple choice questions and retrieval tasks. Overall very good, interactive course. Revisited information I already knew but prompted me to ensure they I use it within the classroom. The course has encouraged me to change my PowerPoints and diagrams to help the learner retain information better and improve learning.
