Excellent presenter. Keep all staff engaged with the pace and tasks

Really engaging delivery, really helped that Caroline had a lot of experience as a teacher as this really came across. Very refreshing to be receiving training from someone with relevant experience and knowing where we are coming from as real teachers on the ground.

Very useful course and a lot of new information gained. There is a few things I will add into my everyday life in school. I especially liked the cold calling section and I think that will be very beneficial.
