I found this workshop quite challenging. Perhaps consider running a workshop a little later after the Christmas break, as it's difficult to fully engage with the content. I'm also finding it difficult to pull it all together - course content, workshop, assignment etc. it feels quite separate. It would be helpful to have a continuation of content - how does the cognassist, MBTi, Dweck etc all come together and we spend the workshop translating that in to what it means for us in our day to day.

Long day - useful to share ideas with other colleagues.

I really enjoyed learning again and making me think.

I thought the Trump vs Obama was in really poor taste and actually quite inappropriate. It may be that the course was designed a while ago, but i think given what's going on politically with Trump, the fact he's a convicted felon, rapist and accused paedophile, I think it's not okay to be jovial about it. Especially given his racist, sexist, etc views. We shouldn't be using him as an example. I understand the parody of Trump and Obama is really stark and a good example of "good" qnd "bad" but I would strongly recommend trying to find another example to be on the right side of history
