Great session. Good pace. Kept engagement and the breaks were just at the right time and long enough. My lower scores were that some of the slide images and templates were a bit dated and a redesign could present IODA in a more modern and professional light. Also, some of the contributions from some participants made me question if they really meet the eligibility criteria for being a truly senior leader in their organisation. Some items raised seemed more tactical and transactional than strategic and transformative.

Well done to Alex for captaining and navigating the morning on her own, didn’t feel stormy seas at all!

Useful reflection

Excellent , useful. Could pause to understand the models more (I used google a lot to keep up my understanding ) . Maybe cover some in previous module which was more abstract and less practical?

I’ve found it helpful to have breakout rooms as the whole group is a bit daunting. I feel more confident that I lead a great organisation. I’m glad to be working in the this sector! Found the ranking activity hard as I get numbers mixed up due to dyscalculia!

I love it, I love getting to know everyone. I did have a wobble when being labled the talker and felt a bit devalued. Group were very supportive. I’m so excited about this and just want to keep learning
