I thought John was great at delivering the content and it was informative.
Intense session - data gathering and insights is an area for personal improvement so it was a lot of information to digest.
Data and insights were good, i struggled with overall engagement and interaction within this session, seems there was less engagement and enthusiasm than there has been in the other sessions so far.
A lot of information but gives a clear direction for what to expect and how to prepare for the Gateway/EPA
