It is always good to have these days to bring the focus back to the course and block the noise of the general day to day. Some content is beginning to feel a little repetitive from previous modules and then repeated again in the learning journey work.

Good and interesting to look at a different perspective.

Well delivered by a knowledgeable tutor.

Interesting day, good breakout rooms and conversations that happened within those.

Really interactive session and felt that it has been helpful in getting me to think about my management styles and my role in governance

The project launch masterclass helped me put some structure around things I already do, or know I should be doing, but probably do not always stop and define properly at the start of a project.

Good session though did feel a little rushed at times

Breaks were really good to have, created a good energy for the learning - some sections felt rushed - more practice/different ways to engage would be fun. Claire was brilliant!
