Good day. Long for a virtual session. Personally for me I find this kind of day difficult to focus on without being able to get up and have a change of scenery and dynamic through.

Enjoyed it just a lot to digest and then getting emails while on the course but looking forward to getting started.

Overall a helpful session. Person leading session does not do the coaching course so did not have all the answers.

Ann always fosters a nice friendly atmosphere!

I personally struggled today - but this was not a reflection on the trainer or the content.

I found this workshop quite challenging. Perhaps consider running a workshop a little later after the Christmas break, as it's difficult to fully engage with the content. I'm also finding it difficult to pull it all together - course content, workshop, assignment etc. it feels quite separate. It would be helpful to have a continuation of content - how does the cognassist, MBTi, Dweck etc all come together and we spend the workshop translating that in to what it means for us in our day to day.
