This part of the course is brilliant. It’s really opened my eyes on how I can manage difficult conversations and when I need to apply assertiveness and empathy. The importance of setting boundaries as a new manger as well.

Module 3 was very insightful! I have learnt ALOT about different behaviours of people and also learnt a lot by my own behaviours which I can adapt in certain circumstances but also be able to learn from some of the negative or not so confident behaviours
