Excellent course….

Great and interesting session, fabulous balance between evidence and discussion to develop one's own and others' skills

Excellent level of interaction that made all engage well and had a fun filled time while learning.

Claire is easy to talk too and makes the course fun.

Initially, I thought I would only gain a little from the course, given my existing emotional literacy. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of learning. I discovered more about myself, my perceptions of others, and how they might perceive me. This newfound knowledge has sparked a personal excitement in me, as I have identified areas for personal growth. I wholeheartedly recommend this course, as I believe it can benefit everyone.

I really enjoyed today’s session. I was able to learn different delegation techniques as well as use these tools to reflect on the teams performance.

the course is always delivered well and the Group and communication online is great, various methods are used and everyone feels encouraged to get involved and be engaged
